1939 – 1945: Use of the house by the Salvation Army
1952 - 1967

1952: Purchase of the restaurant by Willi & Eva-Maria Heldt on November 10th.
1956: Acquisition of the present Hotel Heldt Dependance
1958: Extension for more hotel rooms
1964: Addition of one floor to the main building
1968 - 1996

1968: Business handed over to Wilfried Heldt
1970: First restaurant expansion (24 seats)
1970 – 1972: New construction (extension) of another hotel building
1980: Complete reconstruction of the Hotel Heldt Dependence
1990: New construction of another hotel building
1997 - heute

1997: Handover of business to Markus Heldt
2001: New construction of the Appart-Hotel-Heldt
2008: Restaurant renovation
2010: New apartment construction
2013: Second restaurant expansion (28 more seats)
